Spending time in relaxation during pregnancy is so important for you, your baby and your pregnancy's well being, whether its your first baby or your 4th.
This 4 week block of pregnancy relaxation classes runs bi-monthly in Kilmarnock, and offers a wonderful time to Breathe, Relax and Connect with your baby and with other pregnant mums in your area.
Each session starts with some wonderful mindful breathing before we discuss the weekly topic. You can then enjoy some deep relaxation before ending with some light refreshments. Included is a FREE MP3 to help you prepare for the birth of your baby.
Classes are intentionally small and for MUMS only, so please be aware that spaces are limited.
