Pregnancy and birth are part of such an exciting chapter in our lives. Here at Harmony Birthing Co we will help you work towards a positive experience by building confidence in your knowledge of birth and providing techniques to assist you during labour and birth. 

What do you receive? 

• The Little Birth Company handbook
• MP3s  of all relaxation scripts
• 8-10 hours of hypnobirthing tuition from a highly experienced instructor & birth doula.
• A goody bag - containing 1xMumma-to-be essential oil, positive affirmation cards and much more,
• My ongoing support after the course, leading up to the birth of your baby.
• Signposting for any information requests.
• The opportunity to meet other soon to be parents.
• Access to the Little Birth Company community page. 

I like to keep it small, therefore there is no more than 4 couples on each course. Allowing everyone plenty of time to ask questions and have open discussions.

I developed a passion for hypnobirthing after using the skills during the birth of my youngest daughter. Thanks to these skills it truly helped change my view and experience of birth. I look forward to meeting you all.
