The Muma Hub offers this wonderful class giving you space and time to connect with baby, learn bite-sized hypnobirthing wisdom, meet and chat to other pregnant women and of course switch off and relax.
These calm weekly sessions offer mindful breathing and guided relaxation and an opportunity to bond with baby before they arrive.

Friday 17th Jan - Fri 21st Feb (six weeks) 09.45 - 11am
