Each week, we will focus on a pregnancy related topic, do a simple breathing technique to prepare you for birth and a longer relaxation. Each session will last approximately 30 minutes and will be held via Zoom. All you need to do is download Zoom onto your phone or laptop and click the link I send you to join the relaxation session. The course is suitable for any stage of your pregnancy and for whichever type of birth you are planning.
Get blankets, candles, a hot drink, sit back and relax.
Week 1: Relaxation & Sleep in Pregnancy (1st July at 7pm)
Week 2: Fear in Pregnancy and Birth (8th July at 7pm)
Week 3: Preparing for Birth and Creating Calm in Covid (15th July at 7pm)
Week 4: Oxytocin for Birth (22nd July at 7pm)
