Hi I’m Ayman.

I first discovered Hypnoirthing when I was pregnant with my son. Being someone who was always afraid of birth, it really gave me the necessary tools to prepare for birth and even be excited for it!

After seeing what a difference hypnobithing made to my birthing journey, I felt I had to share this with other expectant mums and did the hypnobirthing trainer course with the little birth company.
