Hi there,

I’m Chantal and I live in Crawley, West Sussex.

I have spent my time bringing up my 2 daughters and I’m now at a stage in my life where I can focus on supporting families in many different ways.

When I gave birth to my daughters, I recall not understanding my choices regarding care or labour. Fortunately I did have 2 natural births with no intervention and achieved the best birth I could have, with the knowledge I had at the time.

I have been involved with The Nest since 2015 and I have build up my knowledge and experience over the years with Breastfeeding Peer Support Training, Birth and Postnatal Doula Course and attending a Biomechanics Workshop. Training with The Little Birth Company added Hypnobirthing Instructor to my growing list.

Hypnobirthing is an amazing tool for couples, understanding how the brain and body work together and being informed, regarding their choices. I provide the couples a safe space to discuss their concerns and for me to share evidence based information when required.

I look forward to learning more and supporting more couples in West Sussex and Surrey.
