Hi Im Cherry, I live in Chessington, South West London, with my husband and little boy, Arlo.
Sadly, all too often the labour experience is plagued with fear, traumatic horror stories, negativity and anxiety. I certainly was super scared of the prospect of labour and the unknown.
Fast forward to giving birth to my son in May 2021 and working with a trained doula my perspective on giving birth was transformed. I felt called to the Little Birth Company in summer 2022 and now delighted to be a qualified hypnobirthing instructor alongside being a trainee reiki practitioner.
I know I am destined to support and aid in transforming peoples birthing experience to show a new way that our labour experience can be empowering, magical, special and free from trauma. I cannot promise it wont be free from pain but its in this pain we seek our inner power and strength to work with our body and free our mind from our inner restrictive voice and purely let our body do what it needs to in order bring our precious children into the world.
