Hi I’m Despina, I live in Woking with my partner and 4 children (2 of each and all under 10).
I decided to train as a Hypnobirthing Instructor to help other families at the start of their journey, to be able to offer a way to prepare for a birth and have a positive experience. I love being part of the birthing community and supporting families that I keep finding new and wonderful things to learn so I can pass the knowledge on.
In addition to The Complete Hypnobirthing Programme, I am offering the 3 Hour Workshop, Positive Caesarian Section, Pregnancy Relaxation.
