Hi I'm Jen. I am a wife, a mother to 2 beautiful girls and a Little Birth Company accredited practitioner based in Swindon, Wiltshire.

In addition to this; I have also completed a course in Aromatherapy for Child Birth and Labour. So, I can offer essential oil tips and techniques to help during labour.

When I was pregnant with my 1^st daughter in 2014, I knew very little about pregnancy, labour, birth and the 4^th trimester. My birth didn’t go quiet the way I had hoped in my mind, so, when I fell pregnant again in 2017, I therefore knew I needed to change my mindset.

This was when I discovered I had a huge passion for all things birth related and, subsequently, where I began the journey to learn as much as I possibly could about mindfulness and positive birth which, without a doubt, helped me to achieve the positive, calm birth I had been striving for.

After the birth of my 2^nd daughter in late 2017, I felt inspired to share the knowledge I had learnt with other expectant parents.

My aim is to; help other parents, and parents to be, to feel prepared like I did with the skills they will learn, and be well equipped with a “birth toolkit” to help with a positive labour.

I teach the complete hypnobirthing workshop, the 3hr hypnobirthing workshop and pregnancy relaxation.
