Hey, I'm Vicky, a mum to two little ones and a wife to one!!
I live on the Suffolk/Essex border in a beautiful town called Clare.
I've been teaching Hypnobirthing for just over 5 years now and I absolutely love it!! There cant be a more fulfilling job than helping pregnant couples through this time of their lives.
I launched Inner Calm Birth all those many moons ago and it has grown and grown to now cover many different options to help support people the best I can whether that be a pregnancy relaxation course, a caesarean workshop or through some birth trauma resolutions.
In my time working in the birth world there isn't much I haven't helped support people through.
