Hi I’m Em, mom to 3 fierce girls. I became a doula and hypnobirthing instructor after learning what my body and mind were capable of after having each of my girls. I am a passionate advocate of empowering people to feel informed and educated to have whatever birth they want or need.. I work to help women and birthing people thrive and embrace the powerful journey that is pregnancy and birth. I also work with birth partners and supporters to help them understand how to help their birthing person / partner through their pregnancy, labour and postnatal period, and to empower them to see what a vital role they have in helping to bring a new baby into the world.
