I’m Emma – a doula, antenatal teacher and hypnobirthing instructor in Northern Ireland. I have two children of my own Caitlin is 9 and Elliott is 5. I have been supporting families through pregnancy and birth in Northern Ireland for 4 years in various ways from advocacy support right through to full birth and postnatal doula services.

I decided to train in hypnobirthing when I started to see the positive impact it has on birthing families. No matter what the birth plan or how things go elements of hypnobirthing practice can be used to help regain control of the birth experience and is a useful set of skills for when parenting feels overwhelming.

I can offer hypnobirthing online anywhere in Northern Ireland or Ireland, and in-person courses will be available in Belfast and other areas (Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates). For 1:1 in-person courses, I can visit families in their own home in Counties Armagh, Down, Antrim and parts of Tyrone.
