1-1 Private Classes
Hello, I’m Emma. I live in East Surrey and teach Hypnobirthing classes at Calm Mama Collective.
After starting my career in Psychology I took a hypnobirthing class during my second pregnancy and I realised I had found my place in the world. Everything I had learnt in my Psychology studies about the link between mind and body suddenly clicked into place. I realised that I needed to teach women (and their birth partners) about the incredible influence their mind has over their birthing body and how when armed with that knowledge any woman can have a calm, positive, empowering birth experience.
Thanks to hypnobirthing I experienced the most incredible birth and I am passionate about teaching women how they can experience a positive birth no matter how their baby is born whether it be in a birthing pool at home or at the other end of the birthing spectrum in theatre via caesarean section.
I offer The Little Birth Company Complete Hypnobirthing Programme, the 3hr Hypnobirthing Workshop and the Positive Caesarean Workshop. Either as part of a group or 1:1 in the comfort of your own home. I cover any areas within approx 10 mile radius of Redhill but also offer 1:1 courses online for those further afield or with childcare difficulties.
I want to create a warm, safe and crucially, calm environment for new Mama’s to thrive and find their community and village to raise their babies. I remain in touch and support you throughout your pregnancy and encourage getting the mama’s in each group together after their Calm Mama Collective babies are born.
I look forward to hearing from you and having chat about how hypnobirthing at the Calm Mama Collective can support you in your pregnancy and birth.
