I’m Holly, a mum of two and hypnobirthing coach based in Teddington, South West London. I run a variety of hypnobirthing courses in Teddington, SW London and Surrey that focus on giving expectant parents tools and knowledge to feel more empowered, prepared and positive about the birth of their baby — whatever form it might take. These can be private 1:1 classes from the comfort of your own home, or via zoom.

I truly believe birth is beautiful.

Birthing my two babies was life affirming! I’ve never felt more powerful or more in awe of my body. But the thought of giving birth the first time round was completely daunting.

After doing hypnobirthing myself my whole mindset changed. I trusted my body to work naturally with my baby and felt informed to make the right decisions if / when my birth journey changed.

I now want to help change the narrative that birth is scary and unpredictable and help birthing women and their families feel confident in the process. Birth is many things: it’s powerful, intense and mind-blowing. But it shouldn’t be feared. I’m here to help people find the beauty in birth.
