Hello – I’m Jess! I’m a hypnobirthing instructor based in Warwickshire.

I teach hypnobirthing antenatal classes for absolutely all birth types. We focus on positive, informed and empowered births that you can get excited about!

I’m a mum to two daughters who had two very different entrances to the world!
The first was without hypnobirthing and the second was with. I’ve seen first hand how those first weeks of parenting and way beyond, are made so much easier when they start with a positive and empowered birth. So I just can’t stop shouting about hypnobirthing!

Everybody’s journey to birth is completely different, so I tailor my classes so they work for you and your individual circumstances.

My classes hold space to talk through and understand your fears. They provide tools and coping strategies. They allow you to find the power and strength within you. And most importantly, they help you to get excited for the day when you will meet your baby – because isn’t that the most exciting day in the world?
