Hello! I’m Josie and I run JB Hypnobirthing.
Hello, I’m Josie and I rung JB Hypnobirthing. I’m a midwife and hypnobirthing instructor based in East Sussex.
I am passionate about supporting individuals in their pregnancy, labour and birth journey! Having seen first-hand the power of hypnobirthing and understanding the physiology behind it, has made me so excited to share these courses with expectant parents. I offer 1-1 in person courses and online courses, as well as group sessions.
