I live in North London with my 3 gorgeous children and fab fiancé Mark, our 1 year old chocolate Lab Tia, new pup Marley and our 3 cats.

I am a qualified Montessori teacher, Holistic Massage therapist, Hypnobirthing Instructor, in training Baby Massage Expert and Midwife currently working in a busy London NHS Trust.

My desire for wanting to support women and their families stems from my own very varied experiences of birth. I am fascinated by the physiological process of pregnancy and birth and how completely and utterly women’s bodies ROCK! We lived abroad for 15 years where my children were born in Thailand (23 years old- fit as a fiddle- ended in GA C-section- still have no idea why? Undiagnosed PND), Gibraltar (VBAC slightly better but given pethidine without consent) and The Philippines (VBAC 2- home, water, pool in a box, amazing midwife, No VEs, discovered Hypnobirthing and at last the dream birth I had hoped for).

I am extremely passionate about contributing to families experiences with kindness, compassion, empathy and individuality. Knowledge is power and at every single stage of your journey there are choices, YOUR choices, it’s YOUR body, YOUR birth and YOUR baby.  I would like to help you make the right informed choices for YOU.

Birth is mind blowing however it happens and I believe everyone can have a positive experience regardless of the situation. My goal is to be accessible to anyone wishing to be supported along their miraculous journey to becoming a parent and beyond. I want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as physically possible and I am very flexible with regards to where, how and when this happens.

I feel totally honoured and privileged to be able to work with and alongside people during this super exciting time in their lives!

I offer the full Hypnobirthing Course and 3 hour workshop both on a 1-1 basis or in small group settings. Both face to face (when we are able) and online. I also specialisie in bespoke massage and hypnobirthing packages tailored to you individual needs.

I am so happy to be part of the wonderful Little Birth Company Team- I genuinely feel like I have found my ‘tribe’ who stand for wishing every family to have positive experiences and I’m sure you will feel the same.
