Hello, I’m Laura! During my first pregnancy I completed a hypnobirthing course and became obsessed with all things birth since which prompted me to train as an instructor with the fabulous Little Birth Company. I believe all types of birth can benefit from the use of hypnobirthing and the knowledge and confidence someone can gain from doing a course is just amazing. Women should be able to look forward to their birth with excitement and feel both empowered and positive after their experience. I feel really passionate about guiding and helping women and their birthing partners during their pregnancy journey.
