Hey , I’m Lauren

I live in Oxfordshire with my Husband and 4 lovely boys . I’m a big lover of coffee and the occasional gin 🙂 , Spending time with family and friends making wonderful memories is my absolute favourite thing to do.

My Hypnobirthing journey started last year when i discovered i was expecting my 4th baby , after 3 previous birth experience’s (2 being traumatic) i was recommended hypnobirthing by a friend and it changed everything , i went on to have a super positive birth and i know this is all down to the tools and techniques i learnt from taking a hypnobirthing course . I now want to pass on this knowledge to others and help them have a wonderful positive birth like i did .
