Hello I’m Lauren and I am a hypnobirthing instructor living in Whiteley, Fareham with my husband and two cheeky young boys!

I first discovered hypnobirthing when I was pregnant with my 1st baby and followed simple online watch the video’s in your own time course would do it, I used all the tools I had learnt and from this course during my labour which had a few complications. When I became pregnant with my 2nd child I was incredibly anxious and found a doula to support me who would also teach me the Little Birth Company’s program and WOW what a difference! The course fascinated me and the instructor was just amazing! I felt so confident and empowered to birth my baby and that is exactly what I did! My birth was incredible from start to finish, I am so incredibly proud of my body for the life it has grown and delivered in such an incredible way!

I decided to train with the Little Birth Company so that I could share with others just how I felt about the course and give them the feelings of excitement and empowerment too!
