Hi I’m Lauren

I am a registered midwife at DCH and have been a midwife for many years.

I have two gorgeous girls who were both born at home using hypnobirthing techniques.

My birthing experiences as a midwife and also personally have made me very passionate towards relaxation and HypnoBirthing.

HypnoBirthing gives the power to guide a calm and relaxed birth and I love sharing my knowledge with others.
I love empowering families in their birthing wishes and ultimately want them to feel confident and excited to give birth and to meet their babies.

I run HypnoBirthing courses, birthing workshops, and pregnancy relaxation. All my groups courses are in Weymouth. One to ones will be in the comfort of your own home. I cover the areas of Portland, Weymouth. Dorchester and some surrounding areas. I do online sessions if you are not local to the area.
