I’m a Hypnobirthing instructor, breastfeeding educator and baby massage instructor living in Chislehurst, Kent with my husband and our two daughters.
Becoming a parent for the first, second or subsequent time is a life changing moment and my role is to help you feel as prepared and supported for the birth and life with your newborn as possible. I am there to give evidenced based information & resources and to provide you with practical and emotional support so you feel empowered as you embark on your journey into motherhood.
