About

I have always had a passion for birth and babies and originally qualified as a midwife back in 1998.​One of my favourite things as a midwife was attending home births as I loved the warm and natural environment where it felt right for mum and baby.

I have since become a mother myself and have enjoyed bringing up my 3 kids. I took time out of work to be a dedicated mum but as they started getting more independent I was eager to get back to work.

​Rather than returning to midwifery I thought I would further develop my experience in the world of pregnancy and birth. I completed a foundation degree at Worcester University with the NCT as a breastfeeding counsellor, yoga for pregnancy, mother and baby yoga and baby massage practitioner. I have recently added Hypnobirthing; training through The Little Birth Company as an additional string to my bow and I am excited to offer this to the world!

​My mission is to empower women to make the birth choices that are right for them, their partners and their babies. Using the knowledge, tools and techniques of Hypnobirthing I aim to explore many different options enabling a positive birth experience wherever their birth journey takes them.
