Hi I’m Nat,

I’m a hypnobirthing coach and mum of two cheeky boys. I offer classes in and around Southampton and surrounding New Forest.

As a busy working mum myself, I get it, I’ve experienced the ups and downs of pregnancy and motherhood and have overcome my own challenges with my perinatal mental health. These experiences have inspired me to support other parents through their transition into parenthood.

I’ve always been fascinated with the mind body connection but discovered my true passion for hypnobirthing after the unplanned home birth of my first son. The relaxation techniques I used to remain calm were invaluable and I knew I needed to share these powerful but simple skills with others.

I’ve been privileged to work with many AMAZING and unique families. I believe that every birth is individual to the woman and that birth prep should reflect that. I offer a relaxed and flexible approach and will tailor sessions to you to help you get the most out of our time together.

I absolutely love my job and get such a buzz out of seeing the transformation in mums and their birth partners as we progress through our sessions. Clients often say classes are like having a cuppa with a mate…which they basically are! I offer classes in the comfort of your own home so no need for travelling, pjs are absolutely acceptable! All sessions can be delivered on Zoom if preferred.

I’m currently specialising in perinatal trauma resolution, this is something very close to my heart and I’m so excited to now be able to support the families I work with more effectively.

I’m a strong believer that hypnobirthing can be used for all births, however your baby enters the world. My role is to empower you to feel calm, informed and birth ready, whatever that means to you.
