Hello! My name is Sophie and I live in Bungay in Suffolk with my partner and 2 little boys. I have worked in science communication for the past 7 years, but decided to train as a hypnobirthing coach after the birth of my second son.
Learning the hypnobirthing techniques had been SUCH an important part of my positive experience in birth, and when friends and family around me started getting pregnant, I wanted to share what I’d learned.
I’m so excited to start on this new journey working with pregnant women and their families!
