Hello, I’m Sharon, a certified Hypnobirthing Practitioner of the Cottage Hypnobirthing Company. Certified by the Little Birth Company.

As a passionate advocate for empowering women through Childbirth, I founded The Cottage Hypnobirthing Company to provide expectant parents with the tools and techniques of hypnobirthing. With a background in Midwifery and having three children myself. I understand the importance of a positive birthing experience for both mother and baby.

My journey into hypnobirthing began when I experienced the birth of my own three children with little to no pain relief, using my “mind over matter”, and I had three positive birth experiences, with no interventions. These transformative experiences ignited my desire to help others navigate their own birthing journeys with confidence and calm.
