My name is Silvia Ulate, I am from Costa Rica and a mother of two amazing girls.

I started my journey and passion in the birth world after having my first daughter and realizing that I did not had enough information to make the best decisions during my pregnancy and birth.  Therefore, after having my little girl, I start reading and learning about pregnancy and parenting. Now almost 8 years on, I am a Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Doula and Lactation Consultant, and adding Hypnobirthing Instructor to the list has being an amazing way to support pregnant and families on their journey.
