Hi my name is Sarah I have two grown up children and remember my birth experiences, wishing I knew then what I know now, about the choices that can be made around birth and how exciting and calm birth can be. I am a former health visitor and enjoyed working with families in my previous role supporting parents to be and parents after the birth of their babies. I am also a qualified mental health nurse and understand the importance of mental health antenatally, during pregnancy and after the birth.
