I am deeply committed to empowering women and their families through every stage of pregnancy and birth. Creating positive birth experiences is at the heart of what I do, and I believe that education is key to helping women feel confident, informed, and supported throughout their journey. Over the years, I’ve seen first hand how effective hypnobirthing tools can be during birth, contributing to calm, positive, and empowering experiences, which is why I love to support women and families as a hypnobirthing instructor.
