It’s highly likely that the stories and images you have seen about birth are pretty scary maybe even traumatic!
What we want you to know is that birth can be different. The day you meet your baby can be a positive experience!
Yes it may be intense and powerful, hard work and exhausting, there maybe moments when you question if you can do it.
No one can guarantee you a certain birth but with great support and informed choices plus the life long skills and knowledge you will learn from your Hypnobirthing Instructor you are far more likely to have a positive experience.
A common misconception is that Hypnobirthing is a bit woo! You will learn practical tools and techniques that are based on the science and physiology of pregnancy and birth.

I really enjoyed the zoom training, the bite size chunks meant we had time to take it all in. I felt confident with the course material, even without having a birthing background.
I love The LBC hypnobirthing material, I did a hypnobirthing course with my pregnancy last year and I have a read a few books. I remember feeling overwhelmed that they had so many techniques. With The LBC hypnobirthing, it is all the best bits and I love that the client manual, slides, breathing techniques and scripts all interlink.
I love The LBC Instructor Community and the ongoing support they provide. I feel that I can ask any question and will be supported and never judged. Everyone is helping each other out, even in my training group, we proof read each otherβs websites, give ideas for goodie bags, ideas for logos and company names.
This comes down to how The LBC are so supportive, so their instructors are so supportive. I love the training videos on the instructor area, I re-watched them just before each session I did with my case study. I trained with a different hypnobirthing company 3 years ago and lasted all of 3 months before realising the ethos wasn’t for me.
