The Little Birth Company Hypnobirthing Teacher Training
Our Certified Hypnobirthing Diploma is a comprehensive, inspiring and beautifully structured self-study journey designed to equip you with everything you need to confidently support families — and build a business you truly love.
This training is now delivered as a fully self-paced online course, giving you complete flexibility to learn around your family, work, and life. No fixed dates. No pressure. Just the freedom to move through the material in a way that works for you.

You’ll begin with our two foundational modules:
Birthing Foundations
Birth Hypnosis Foundations
These modules give you the essential knowledge and understanding you need to confidently support your future clients.
From there, you’ll progress through our in-depth Hypnobirthing Training videos, where Wendy and Melissa guide you through everything you need to know — from the philosophy and science of hypnobirthing to confidently delivering transformational classes.
Throughout the course, you’ll complete engaging coursework questions designed to deepen your understanding and build your confidence step by step.
You’ll also receive our dedicated business-building training, preparing you to launch, market and run your own hypnobirthing classes successfully. We cover pricing, branding, marketing, structuring your course, and creating a business that feels aligned and sustainable.

Support & Connection During Your Training
Although this is a self-study programme, you won’t be on the journey alone. During your training — and for six months after you qualify — you’ll have the opportunity to connect with us and other trainees inside our private Facebook group.
This space is designed to offer support, encouragement and connection while you learn and begin stepping into your role as a Hypnobirthing teacher.
You’ll also be invited to join us for live connection calls, where you can ask questions, share experiences, receive guidance and feel part of a supportive community of like-minded trainees.

Throughout the course, you will gain a deep understanding of the physiology of birth, hypnosis for birth, and the history of hypnobirthing, as well as the brain-body connection, the impact of fear, and the hormones that support a positive birth experience. You’ll explore essential tools and techniques such as breathwork, fear release, birth anchors, and practical preparation, while also learning how to support birth plans, birth partners, the birth team, and the birth environment.
