Hi there! I just wanted to thank you both for your online course!

The reading material was so interesting and it definitely helped me have a different perspective on birth!

Thea Ivy has now been born and the hypnobirthing helped me so much through the pain whilst at home … at the hospital, I didn’t get any time to do anything but give birth going from 3cm to 7cm in 20 minutes! Thea was assisted with forceps at the end but being calm made the whole thing feel more ‘natural’.

I would recommend this course to anyone like me who can’t commit to courses due to childcare etc! Thanks again for giving me this opportunity!
